Disability @ Webflow
Disability @ Webflow welcomes all disabled people — including people with chronic conditions and “invisible” disabilities, and neurodiverse and neurodivergent people — including people with mental or neurological conditions or learning disabilities.
Our mission
Our mission is to create a safe and welcoming space for disabled people to share their struggles and successes and to foster support, respect, inclusion, empowerment, and opportunities for our community at Webflow.
Why we exist
Our community faces constant ableism and discrimination ingrained into modern culture. Despite disabled people comprising the largest minority group in the US, there is generally very little awareness of ableism and disability justice, both inside and outside of Webflow.
