Description

As a Product Marketing Manager on the Webflow Marketing team, your role will be to help identify, address, and grow how current and future customers can find the most success on the Webflow platform, across all of our products. You will capture insights and data from our large customer base, interview current and prospective customers to gather their concerns and motivations, and present market feedback to the Product and Marketing team to help make strategic decisions.

You will also assist in product launches, including building relationships with launch partners, and helping organic reach out. You will also be in charge of ensuring we have the right marketing assets from the Brand Design team, and using those assets to create launch videos, screen captures, and other marketing material.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and user research to better understand how Webflow’s products fit within the world of web development, design, ecommerce, and beyond
  • Devise strategic positioning and communications for new and existing Webflow products and features
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute feature launches and go-to-market strategies for new products and features, acting as a liaison between product, marketing, design, and education
  • Evaluate success of product launches and releases, devise strategy for growing product adoption beyond the launch
  • Engage with the Webflow user community (online and in-person) to better understand customers

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 2+ years experience in product, channel, or partner marketing
  • Project management skills: can prioritize high impact activities and keep complicated projects moving forward, working across cross-functional teams
  • Cross-functional leadership: proven ability to work closely with product, engineering, sales, PR, and design teams
Bonus points for
  • Experience building with Webflow
  • Experience with Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, or some combination of all three
  • Experience with video editing software
  • Experience building websites and/or working with HTML/CSS
  • Experience building and/or growing ecommerce websites and businesses
