Do you have a passion for pontificating on web design standards and methods — and a need to back up your ponderings with data? Do you believe content marketing is, at bottom, all about education — but that most content marketing doesn’t get that?
If so, this job post’s for you.
Here at Webflow, we’re on a mission to open up the web to many more creators, and we’re looking for a strong writer with a real passion for helping others understand responsive web design, its processes, and goals. This role requires a certain amount of technical knowledge — let’s say, “enough to be dangerous” — as well as a deep understanding of user experience principles, so you’ll need to be equally at home writing tutorials as opinion pieces.
Big bonus points go to people familiar enough with design tools (like Sketch, Photoshop, and Webflow) to craft custom graphics to complement their writing.
We’d love to talk!
Note: You'll need valid U.S. work authorization to join us.
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to regularly concept and write helpful, high-quality content on topics related to web design, product design, and freelancing.
That said, there’ll be plenty of opportunities to write other content, such as ebooks, emails, and microsites.
Provide at least 3 sample articles covering a web/product design topic. If you have samples of design work you’ve done, please provide those as well.
