AHM migrated CHI Mercy Health from a bloated WordPress setup to a clean, scalable Webflow build. With 70+ static pages covering highly varied content types, the team developed a modular component system that keeps the site maintainable for a non-technical comms team without locking layout into a rigid CMS structure. The project also delivered a UI/UX refresh and meaningfully reduced infrastructure overhead.
