Family Action is a West Auckland charity offering free, confidential support for people affected by family harm, sexual harm, abuse and trauma. The site had to help people reach the right service quickly and safely, and let the team keep a large amount of content current.
We built the full site in Webflow. An online referral system lets individuals and agencies refer someone into support, and a digital-safety guide helps visitors cover their tracks online. The CMS runs the team directory, FAQs, testimonials, downloadable resources, annual reports and workshops, plus awareness pages on recognising the signs of harm. We also built therapy room hire and donation pages to bring in income.
The result is a calm, easy-to-read site that gets people to help fast and lets staff manage it themselves.
