The Nationale Genossenschaft für die Lagerung radioaktiver Abfälle (Nagra) is a cooperative based in Wettingen. It is responsible for the safe final disposal of radioactive waste generated in Switzerland and for the associated research and planning work.
Finally disposing of nuclear waste so that we no longer burden future generations with it: that is our mission. We are proud to be contributing to a safe future for Switzerland and to playing a key role in advancing the Deep Repository project, a project of the century.
