Treams is an HR platform for scale-ups, built around performance, engagement and employee development. They needed a marketing site that could carry a growing content operation in two languages without turning every update into a developer task. I handled design and build across multiple phases, then extended the site with full Dutch and English localization, a structured HR glossary, and a testimonial system the team maintains themselves. The result is a site their marketing team can run independently. The design is dynamic and playful while remaining a great user experience.. Built to keep dense HR content readable without losing the warmth the brand leans on.
