At a growing startup, there are never enough engineers available. Our initiative of choosing to build products with no-code tools was met with a good amount of skepticism from our engineers, not to mention valid concerns regarding scaling, uptime, continuous maintenance, and further product integration with our current codebase.
In this talk, I'll share our journey through building, shipping, and maintaining two internal tools and two customer-facing tools in the past 8 months.
