DAY 2
4:30 pm

Find out why progressive enhancement is an imperative mindset for no-code tool creators to adopt.

Progressive enhancement is closely associated with the notion of graceful degradation, used to describe browser behaviors for things such as loading graphics and stencil images. This is exactly the mindset and approach that creators of no-code tools and platforms need to adopt.

As a designer at Salesforce, I've spent the past three years focused on the platform's no-code and low-code tools. Our research shows that that users' attitudes towards code, and use of it, is not black and white, nor either-or. This talk will share stories and use cases to demonstrate what I've learned about the need to create a progressive enhancement path for our users.
