Democratizing the web, one no-code tool at a time
Summary
In the before-times, if you wanted a product created, you had two options: bring in a developer to write the code or learn to write code yourself. That’s it, those are your options.No-code, though, gives everyone a seat at the table.Tools like Zapier and Integromat automate workflows and business tasks. Webflow & Carrd give anyone the ability to create landing pages, marketing sites, and gated content. Mobile and web development tools like Adalo & Bubble give you the power to create robust apps to solve any problem. What we’re building within this movement is more than just super-advanced software — we’re providing hope and a way forward for people’s ideas that would otherwise be lost.Lacey Kesler (she/her), senior manager, community education, Webflow Lacey Kesler is a no-code expert and educator living in Texas. Lacey was previously in product and software engineering, but soon discovered no-code and ditched the command line for drag-and-drop. She leads Women in No-Code, a community that empowers women in the no-code space, and she’s a co-host of Visual Dev FM. She frequently trains and lectures with notable companies and universities to utilize the power of no-code. In her space time you can find her on the running trails (she’ll be the one walking) or playing with her children and husband.Presented at Webflow's No-Code Conference 2021.#NoCodeConf #NCC
