We’re committed to building diverse, equitable, and inclusive spaces that reflect the world we’re building for. To help realize this mission, we prioritize a diversity of identities, backgrounds, and experiences during our speaker selection process and aim to have at least 50% non-white and 50% non-male representation. If you belong to a marginalized community, we encourage you to apply.
All submissions are reviewed and anonymously rated by a panel of Webflow team members from different departments and backgrounds. We select speakers based on a variety of factors and criteria, including presentation topic, experience level, and content fit for the Webflow Conf agenda. We also prioritize a diverse speaker lineup to accurately represent the Webflow community and aim to have at least 50% non-white and 50% non-male representation.
Webflow does not cover travel or lodging costs for speakers. All speakers will receive a free ticket to Webflow Conf, a speaker listing on the Webflow Conf website, and a link to their recorded talk after the event.
Captions will be made available on screen and on the livestream for both online and in-person attendees. The venue for Webflow Conf is certified ADA accessible.
Although optional, displaying and sharing pronouns can help queer, trans, and gender diverse people feel seen and/or that it’s safer to display and share theirs. That’s why we confirm and display speaker pronouns, provide dedicated places on in-person attendee and staff badges for pronoun stickers, and encourage online attendees and staff to share their pronouns as applicable.
Yes. All venues have gender neutral restroom options.
The Webflow Awards is an annual awards program intended to recognize and celebrate the people and organizations delivering the most creative, technically impressive, and impactful work with Webflow.
Any person or site with a Webflow account! However, specific eligibility differs per-category, as follows:
To learn more about our Awards categories and eligibility, read our Official Rules.
Yes! Absolutely. In fact, we strongly encourage it.
Awards fall under three categories: Customer, Community, and Partner. For descriptions and a full breakdown of the individual Awards within these categories, visit our Webflow Awards page.
The Webflow Awards are broken down into three rounds: nominations, Finalists, and Winners. After the nomination window closes, the pool of submissions will be verified and continue on to a voting process (first a round of voting to determine Finalists, then a round of voting to determine Winners). This year, Community Awards will be open to public voting, giving a voice to the broader Webflow community. Customer and Partner Awards will be selected by a panel of internal Webflow employees and external judges, including industry leaders in design, development, and marketing.
Each category has a dedicated rubric to ensure a fair and consistent judging process.
No. While we are not hosting an in-person Awards ceremony, we have even more special surprises to celebrate our finalists and winners throughout Webflow Conf and beyond.
Winners receive a variety of promotions and prizes based on their grouping and category. For more information, read our Official Rules.
