Francesco Castronuovo
Chief Product Officer (CPO) at SupasaitoAbout
Hello everybody,
Your friendly neighborhood Francesco here! 😁
I have a Master's Degree in Physics, but I soon realized I wasn’t really suited for a career as a university researcher. Not enough talent to really make a difference there.
So, I chose the more common path of looking for a job in a company and became a software developer.
Being an employee was a very bad experience for me, but I came across Webflow and fell in love with the platform.
I quit my job and started my business as a freelance Webflow developer. The first year was tough, but I had consistency, patience, ambition, and, I think, the luck of meeting incredible people.
After 2 years, it was time for a new adventure. Where? In Japan. Why? I’ve always been fascinated by the culture and language, and I wanted to challenge myself by moving to a place that was completely different from Italy.
I spent a year and a half studying at a language school while working to keep my business growing.
Now, I work as the CPO (Chief Product Officer) of Supasaito, a Tokyo-based company specializing in Webflow development and consulting, as well as transitioning websites from WordPress to Webflow. We are currently growing our online academy to make it a go-to resource for Webflow, automation, and no-code solutions.
And that’s it! Well, I might add that I love coffee, taking long walks, watching anime, training hard at the gym, and laughing, but that’s probably not that relevant, right? 😅
