The project involved refreshing their visual identity and redesigning their 30+ page website to increase market differentiation, traffic, and conversions while showcasing their inclusive company values. Working closely with their leadership team, we simplified their complex service page hierarchy and streamlined the information architecture while preserving SEO rankings. The development featured custom animations using both native interactions and GSAP, along with extensive CMS implementation for their blog, jobs portal, services, and testimonials. We completed the project by directing a custom photoshoot, building an accessible job portal, and delivering a sophisticated, fully manageable website using Finsweet's Client First & Attributes to meet their requirements while maintaining functionality and accessibility.
