Aaron Roaf

Aaron is a seasoned marketer with over nine years of experience, currently serving as the Marketing Director for Artemis, a specialized staffing and executive search organization. He is focused on building out the marketing operations while leading growth initiatives for the company to establish a competitive brand, focused on challenging the status quo of the staffing industry. Aaron has spent his career leading and building marketing departments from the ground up for multiple companies. His most recent being a FinTech startup, where helped grow it from early pre-seed to Series B in under two years. Having cultivated an astute understanding of the symbiotic relationship between brand development and profitable growth initiatives, he's rounded out his skillset to lead and scale successful marketing and sales programs contributing to profitable outcomes for each company he has served. As a marketing junky at heart, he enjoys testing new ways to leverage marketing automation, growth hacking, sales enablement, inbound marketing, and retention marketing efforts to build new ventures.
