Markus Töll, hailing from Bressanone in northern Italy, has honed his craft as a metalworker and technical draftsman. His journey led him to London, where he immersed himself in the world of photography, particularly exploring the intricacies of darkroom techniques. Presently based in Vienna, Markus has furthered his architectural education at the esteemed Technical University, culminating in the completion of his master's degree in 2021. Since then, he has embarked on a professional career as an architectural model maker, establishing his own studio dedicated to the art of chairmaking in 2022.

At the core of Markus's work lies a relentless pursuit of originality in metal seating concepts. His designs bear testament to a discerning eye for proportion and context, resulting in a subtle yet unmistakably postmodern aesthetic.
