Lauren is the real deal. She was great to work with and had a mastery of Webflow development. We asked her to do some really complex and advanced work, and she came through with every task. She was really great at communicating with us and recommending changes to the website design when they made sense. Lauren is indeed a meticulous designer and developer. Her skills of being able to iterate from our original site design in order to implement quick changes during the development stage is a quality that should not be overlooked. I would mostly describe Lauren's work as packed with both speed and quality.

Our communication was set up through a detailed list of items in Dropbox paper and daily communication via Slack. Lauren was great at checking both and making sure no ask was missed. Very often she provided screen recordings of questions and updates - it was very easy to respond on my own time while still being conscious of deadlines. I'm so thankful for Lauren's work and looking forward to the next project we can work on together!

Our studio is going through a busy period, and we needed a little site refresh asap so we could showcase case studies to help with ongoing BD. With so much in the air, I needed someone who could take a direction, navigate around my hectic schedule, and make some magic happen. Lauren delivered in spades.

Her process — from onboarding, to feedback collection, to communication — was super streamlined and easy for me to fit into with the time I had. I told her after the project that there were even a couple things I want to pick up and incorporate into ours.

We initially reached out with our own design that we wanted to see built in Webflow, they were able to quickly evaluate the design and come back with cost and time estimate. Their communication from the initial contact through to delivery was stellar and if there were any blockers, they were quick to indicate the issue and work with us to come up with solutions.

Overall timeliness and organization is excellent, they made sure to share their day-to-day movements and results so we always had a sense of how the build is progressing along.
