Robert Alice makes art, exhibitions and books that investigate blockchains and their histories. In 2022, Alice was chosen to edit and write the first major 600-page art history of NFTs, commissioned by TASCHEN. The first artist to sell an NFT at a major auction house, the landmark work Portraits of a Mind (2019 -) has been widely credited as one of the early catalysts behind the subsequent rapid growth in the NFT space.

It was a pleasure (also for my daughter) to create this website for one of Europe biggest Lama & Alpaka farm in Kanton Berne, Switzerland. The Family business needed a fresh new look and a place to advertise and sell their Lamas & Alpakas. I delivered a modern homepage with a professional look & feeling.

This is an older client page from 2017. Design was still ok, so I simply rebuilt it in Webflow, so I have all the options for quick updates etc. 

The rebuild took me 4 hours all inclusive. Webflow is simply great. Simple, clean site with a few animations. What do you want more?

This is a website I have done for the Hungarian artist Géza Perneczky. He has a rich oeuvre of conceptual art from the 1970-1980s. The design of the website has a minimal and clean style, so the displayed art is in focus.

Expressiv shall become a curated online platform for art exhibitions by renowned international art institutions with focus on classical modernism and expressive art.

This is my first draft. I created a clean and simple design with a cms for all exhibitions based on artist and venue categories.

I added quite a bit of FinSweet attribute functions for all kind of filters, load more, prev/next cms, and so on. Check "now" and for past exhibition the archive.

Art Exhibitions Platform

Fun exercise and tribute to the Stripe Press website! I rebuild a small part of this great website in webflow with 100% native interactions, 3D effects and a little bit of depth. And of course a vintage lava lamp effect (!). Basic page load and section anchor menu is also included.

As content I used some vintage comics (offered by Sotheby's in the past) with a fictive brand called "rarebooks".

No time for more at the moment. Let me know if you like it, I might add some more parts and functions... Meanwhile feel free to clone it – maybe nice for an online shop, artist website, portfolio for printed stuff, etc.

Small Video Channel Project I prepare for the Swiss Ernst Ludwig Kirchner Archive. Since it is a draft, it is all static at the moment, no cms involved but many extras, such as clean page transitions (thanks Timothy Ricks), Tab-Filters, etc.

This one is dedicated to the works of Hungarian conceptual artists Géza Perneczky, who created those artworks in the 1970/80s.
