Webflow Certified Partner Program Guidelines

Onboarding

Welcome to Webflow’s Certified Partner Program! This page will give you a rundown on everything you need to get started, along with information on how the Certified Partner Program works, and what we expect of you.

Collecting profile information

Before we add you to the Certified Partner Program, we need some basic information from you about your work, your rates, where to find you online, and more — which we’ll use to fill out your Partner profile. To create your profile, follow the instructions we sent you via email.

Once your profile is set up, you can make changes any time directly through your Webflow account. If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to our support team here.

Please be sure to update that information as it changes.

Adding you to Slack

To help us stay in touch with the Certified Partners (and to let you meet the Certified Partner community), you'll be invited to a series of private channels in our Webflow Partners workspace. You'll be prompted to enter in your email address during your partner onboarding, from there we'll send an invite your way, but if you have any trouble getting in there, let us know and we’ll sort you out. Also, if you're an agency and want to invite other members of your team to join the Slack, please let us know.

Expectations and guidelines

Professionalism

We expect the Certified Partners to be professional, communicative, and accountable in their interactions with clients, one another, and Webflow employees. As a Certified Partner, we are invested in your success and the reputation of the program — we hold our Certified Partners to a high standard and expect Partners to maintain a high degree of professionalism and responsiveness. We need this network to maintain a high standard and reputation for it to succeed.

Inactivity & Client Interactions

Inactivity: As part of your membership in the Certified Partner Program, we expect you to be actively responding to project requests from clients. To keep the network active and responsive, if you (or your agency) are repeatedly unresponsive when requests come in, we will reach out to discuss what’s going wrong and, if necessary, we will suspend your Certified Partner profile, which means it will not be discoverable by others, and you will need to contact us to discuss reactivating it.

Client interactions: We take the client experience seriously and investigate any feedback or complaints we receive about the Certified Partners. Certified Partners who receive more than three complaints during a 365-day period are subject to further review. This may lead to a warning or removal from the Certified Partner Program. Webflow reserves the right to remove any Certified Partners from the Certified Partner Program for any reason. Any disputes between a Certified Partner and a client over funds paid or other business arrangements are the responsibility of the Certified Partner.

Growing the community

We want this community to grow as Webflow grows, in step with the continued growth in demand for expert-level help on design projects with clients. For this reason, our goal is not to simply swell the ranks of the Certified Partners as quickly as possible, but rather to continue incrementally growing the community as we see client-side demand increase, and always with an eye to keeping the community composed of established professionals who have experience with the Webflow platform and a wealth of design experience and talent.

As we add new Certified Partners moving forward, please give them a warm welcome to the community across social or in slack. We hope you all enjoy meeting and working with each other as Webflow grows.

Confidentiality

Webflow offers a wide range of resources to our Certified Partners, designed to help you get the most out of the Certified Partner Program. We kindly ask that you keep these resources, materials, and other content confidential both during and after your participation in the Certified Partner Program. If a Certified Partner breaches this confidentiality (such as by sharing confidential content on social media), Webflow may immediately remove the Certified Partner from the Program.

Webflow’s rights and responsibilities

Webflow provides the Certified Partner Program as a resource to the designers and businesses who want to use our tools. We make no claim or commitment about the number, frequency, or dollar amount of projects that the Certified Partners will receive through the Certified Partner Program.

We’ll be paying special attention to the Certified Partners’ professionalism, activity level, and quality of work when determining which Certified Partners remain active.
