5 Star Review Hover (With jQuery)

Review Rating, if a user clicks on anything below a 4 or 5 star rating a form will popup, otherwise you can redirect them to your google profile to leave a review. To see the code you go on: Pages (Key-shortcut is P) -> Edit Home Page (Click on the cog wheel when you hover it) -> Then you scroll all the way down to see the jQuery Code.
