Visually style your number picker (Spinner)

Another year passes without this simple styling for forms! here is how I workaround for my project and though some of you could use this too. Feel free to copy for your own projects. Hope it is helpful. I added a simple dev blocks that you can edits visually for designers who aren't comfortable with code :)
