ASA Consulting is a boutique recruitment firm serving base-building organizations. The site needed to do two things: make it easy for organizations to find and apply to open roles, and drive new client inquiries for Alina. We built a strategic layout with clear calls to action throughout, anchored by a CMS-powered job board with Finsweet filtering. The color palette — rooted in greens and warm neutrals — reflects growth, grounding, and Alina's personal brand.
