Dr Anneline is a rare hybrid of food scientist and nutritionist whose work bridges the gap from paddock to plate. Her PhD in nutritional food science examines how processing affects nutrient retention and absorption, and she’s earned recognition as a top communicator who makes complex science practical and relatable.
She consults with food producers, peak bodies and policy makers to challenge nutrition myths, empower informed decisions, and shape better food & health outcomes.
