Inventive in spirit and modern in approach, The Fillmore Chicago, located in the loop, updates the traditional bistro, seamlessly blending contemporary American cuisine with Italian influences. I worked closely with Roanoke Hospitality to design and develop an online presence that captured the essence of the unique Italian-American cuisine.
