Finegrain Group is an independent development advisory and project management firm shaping complex residential and mixed-use projects across Brisbane. They work across the full development lifecycle, from early strategy and design vision through to delivery and market execution. Despite the calibre of the projects they're involved in, including work with internationally acclaimed practices like Koichi Takada Architects, they had no website and no digital presence to reflect the standard of the business.
We built the site from scratch: brand strategy to establish positioning and tone, a full UI/UX design, Webflow development, and CMS setup so the team can manage project listings independently. The site was designed to reflect the restraint and precision of the firm itself, giving developers, partners, and investors a clear sense of who Finegrain is and the level they operate at before any conversation begins.
