I led the end-to-end design and build of FSi’s new website, translating their complex healthcare CX offering into a clean, intuitive digital experience. Working in Figma, I redesigned the site architecture and created a modular UI system that reflects their human-centered, outcome-driven positioning. On the development side, I built the site in Webflow with a fully scalable CMS powering solutions, case studies, thought-leadership content, and team pages. The build prioritised performance, accessibility, and ease of ongoing content management. The result is a conversion-focused, CMS-driven website that showcases FSi’s integrated customer-experience services and reinforces their credibility across pharma and healthcare.
