Welcome to HOPE - The people & causes you care for. Welcome to HOPE – Halton Moor and Osmondthorpe Project for Everyone (Formally, Halton Moor and Osmondthorpe Project for Elders). Established in 1994 as one of the Leeds Neighbourhood Network Schemes supporting the 60+ community in Halton Moor, Osmondthorpe, Sutton Park (Selby road) and now proudly supporting the wider community.
