We led the migration of a large-scale website already on Webflow into a new, more structured and scalable setup. The project included over 50 pages, 20 CMS collections, and support for 3 locales, making it a complex build with many moving parts. By leveraging the MAST framework, we ensured the new project was concise, maintainable, and future-proof. The restructured setup not only simplified content management but also created a solid foundation for growth without unnecessary complexity. A major focus was on SEO, metadata, structured data, and accessibility. This approach improved search visibility, ensured compliance with web standards, and delivered a smoother experience for both users and the client’s team managing the site.
