From Digital Chaos to a Modern Webflow Giant

A $100M+ IT services company with 475+ employees serving enterprise clients and U.S. government agencies, including the California Highway Patrol and the Chicago Bears. Serious people doing serious work. Their website, however, was seriously outdated. Project Summary SDI came to us with an aging WordPress site built on fragile plugins, confusing navigation, and 450+ CMS items with no clear structure, where every update risked breaking the site. We approached this as a full digital renovation: redesigned and re-architected the site into 18 scalable layouts, migrated it to Webflow, rebuilt the CMS, and replaced heavy animations with lightweight 3D visuals to protect performance. Complex HubSpot forms were custom-integrated, the sitemap was cleaned up, and the final system was fully componentized and documented so the marketing team could manage and scale the site independently.
