Stay A-OK - Unemployment Assistance Dialer

Problem: When millions of Americans were unemployed during COVID, phone lines at unemployment offices, banks, and other services were overwhelmed with tens of thousands of people calling in and were not able to keep up with demand. People are reaching busy signals and “your call cannot be completed at this time, please try your call again later” prompts, with no other alternative but to call over and over again, trying to get through. Solution: We develop a site and web service that allows people to select a verified number or listing, and our system will auto-dial until the call goes through and the two parties are successfully connected.
