Had%20the%20inspiration%20after%20seen%20a%20Win%2095%20UI%20kit%2C%20come%20to%20find%20out%20there%20is%20countless%20Windows%2095%20emulators%20and%20flash%20simulators%20around%20the%20web%20but%20there%20wasn%27t%20really%20any%20good%20HTML%20versions%20that%20functioned%20well.%20Everything%20was%20done%20strictly%20in%20WebFlow%20with%20the%20exception%20of%20the%20draggable%20windows%20being%20some%20basic%20Jquery%2C%0A%0AThis%20is%20one%20of%20those%20never%20ending%20project%20and%20i%27m%20sure%20i%27ll%20just%20keep%20adding%20to%20it%20over%20time%2C%20anyways%20hope%20you%20enjoy%20exploring%20it%21%20Constructive%20criticism%20is%20always%20welcomed%21%20%3D%29%0A%0A**PLEASE%20NOTE**%20It%20is%20recommended%20you%20view%20the%20project%20on%20a%20monitor%20and%20not%20from%20a%20laptop%2C%20i%27ve%20noticed%20that%20It%20does%20not%20fit%20well%2C%20currently%2C%20on%20the%20smaller%20screen%20due%20to%20all%20the%20absolute%20positioning%20I%20had%20to%20use.%20Thanks%21
