Webflow Conf 2022 will take place November 9–10, 2022 at The Midway in San Francisco, California and online.

This year’s in person conference promises to deliver with expert-led roundtables and community fireside sessions, one-on-one sessions with the Webflow team and opportunities to connect with Partners, exclusive community networking events with leaders around the globe and access to on-site Webflow “Genius Bar” support, live beta testing, and more. We’re thrilled to announce the Speed Build Challenge will be back again this year, and our awards will also make a bigger and better comeback again this year. Oh … did we mention parties?

Per our COVID-19 Safety Acknowledgment, it’s required for all in person attendees to be fully vaccinated (not including boosters). If you’re attending in person, please bring a valid proof of vaccination to show at check-in. Masks will be available at the venue upon request. We will also be providing COVID rapid tests upon request.

We will continue to follow local, state, and federal guidelines — but encourage attendees to stay diligent, social distance when possible, and stay home if sick. Please see the Safety Acknowledgment for more information on precautions and guidelines for a safe experience.

The Midway SF is in the Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco and is a 5–10 minute walk from the T Muni line. Hotel VIA and LUMA Hotel are two great options in the area.

Only adults (ages 18+) are permitted to attend the in person experience at The Midway.

Webflow representative Kate Marshall (she/they) will be available at all times during the event for accessibility or inclusivity support. Kate will be stationed at the Information desk during check in, and will be available onsite all day, both days.

For questions about Webflow, head over to the Grow with you ‘Flow garden to chat with a member of our Support, Product, or Engineering teams. Members of our Sales team will also be available throughout both days of the conference to answer questions and provide demos.

The event will be held at The Midway SF, November 9 and 10, from 9am–2pm PT.

Parking: We recommend alternative forms of transportation, as street parking is very limited. If you need to drive, a paid lot is located at 20th and Illinois, about a 15-minute walk from The Midway.

Rideshare: Because the street will be temporarily closed at the venue entrance, Uber or Lyft will need to drop you off on Marin or Cesar Chavez St. Conference staff will be available to direct you to check-in from both streets.

‍Public transit: Take the Muni T line to the Marin & 3rd Station. From there, you can enter the event from either Marin or Cesar Chavez St.

To access the event, login to the BigMarker platform with the email address you used to register for the conference.

Head to the Help Desk tab in the event platform to chat with someone in the Webflow help desk booth.

You can register for the conference here with a new email address. You’ll receive a new confirmation email (please check your spam filter), and from there you should be able to access the event.

Yes! Click the heart icon to the right of a session to “favorite” it, then go to the “My Favorites” tab in the Agenda to see all your favorite sessions.

The Community Hub is your go-to spot for networking. To chat in a multi-attendee forum, you can join the Webflowers or Breakroom chat rooms. To chat with another attendee 1:1, hover over and click an attendees’ name in the People tab, then select one of the options to get connected.

First, make sure that your computer microphone isn't muted and your speaker and headphones are working properly. If that doesn’t work, try refreshing the page or restraining your browser in an Incognito window. If you're still having issues, try restarting your computer.

If you're still having issues, make sure any known firewalls that may be blocking access to the event are disabled. You may need to contact your IT department to open up the necessary ports.

Yes! For online attendees, captions will be provided for all presentations and video content via StreamText, plus American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters for keynotes. Breakout presentations are prerecorded and will be available after the conference (not including live Q&A).

For in person attendees, an American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter will be stationed to the left of the Main Stage, and captions will be provided on either side of the stage. Captions will be available via your mobile device for fireside chats and smaller presentations throughout the day.

Yes! A private lactation room will be onsite for the duration of the in person conference. It will include basic amenities as well as a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, sink, shower, and bathroom.

Displaying and sharing pronouns helps signal to queer, trans, and gender diverse people that it’s safe(r) to display and share theirs.

For the in person experience, we’ll provide a designated spot on all attendee and staff badges to apply individual pronoun stickers, available at registration. For the online experience, we encourage all attendees and staff to share their pronouns in their display name. We also confirm and display all speaker pronouns on our conference website, and display confirmed pronouns on-screen during live talks.

Accessibility is a priority for our team.

‍Online experience accessibility: For online attendees, the conference platform, BigMarker, will include digital accessibility considerations such as keyboard-only access and high color contrast visual design. Also, captions will be provided via StreamText for all presentations and video content, plus American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters for keynotes. Information on how to access these will appear in the chat for each session. Breakout presentations are prerecorded and will be available after the conference (not including live Q&A).

In person experience accessibility: For in person attendees, this year’s venue, The Midway SF, is ADA compliant, including ramps and lifts. Our team is planning for accessibility in all facets including lighting, visual effects, sound, walking distances, furniture, and food options. Captions and ASL interpreters will be visible for the keynotes and captions will be available via your mobile device for fireside chats and smaller presentations throughout the day.

Yes! All restrooms at our in person venue, The Midway SF, will be gender neutral.

Update: All community and student scholarships have been allocated. Thank you for your interest!

As part of our ongoing commitment to anti-racism, inclusion, & equity, we created 35 community scholarships for Black, Indigenous, Disabled, 2LGBTQIA+, AAPI, or Latinx communities to attend Webflow Conf 2022 in person for free. Community scholarships will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

We also created 15 student scholarships for active students to receive 50% off in person admission to Webflow Conf 2022. Student scholarships will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

All 4 Semifinalists will compete live in person at Webflow Conf. Before you apply, please make sure you’re available to travel to San Francisco November 9–10 (not including travel days) and have a valid passport if located outside the US.

If you’re one of 4 Challengers that make it to the Semifinals, Webflow will cover the cost of your transportation and up to 3 nights of hotel accommodations to compete live at Webflow Conf in San Francisco.

We’ll book your hotel room directly, and we’ll reimburse you for the cost of your round trip flights. (If you’re unable to book your flights directly, Webflow will book them for you.)

This year’s Speed Build Challengers must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be comfortable in front of a live camera and sharing your screen
• Have a high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 mbps down and 15 mbps up (for the virtual rounds)
• Have a webcam, microphone, and wired headphones (for the virtual rounds) — and an ethernet connection is recommended

Any person or site with a Webflow account! However, specific eligibility differs per-category, as follows:

• Community — any person or site on any Webflow plan (paid or free)
• Customer — any person or site on a paid Webflow plan
• Partner — Webflow Experts only

This year’s Awards fall under three categories: Customer, Community, and Partner. For a full breakdown of the individual Awards within these categories, read our announcement blog post.

Yes! Absolutely. In fact, we strongly encourage it.

The Webflow Awards are broken down into three rounds: nominations, Finalists, and Winners. After the nomination window closes, the pool of submissions will be verified and continue on to an internal voting process (first a round of voting to determine Finalists, then a round of voting to determine Winners). Voting is conducted by a large, diverse group of Webflow employees representing multiple departments, roles, and backgrounds.
