Dean Maddocks

Dean Maddocks is the Chief Marketing Officer at Smaller Earth Group, a global leader in cultural exchange programs and technology. Over his 13-year career at Smaller Earth, which operates six brands across 17 countries, Dean has been instrumental in supporting the company’s growth and expansion. Starting as an intern with a background in web design, UX, and UI, he transitioned into marketing a decade ago. As CMO, he leads the global marketing team and works closely with the leadership team to shape the strategic direction of the company.
