Chief Product Officer, Webflow
Rachel Wolan is Chief Product Officer at Webflow and oversees the company’s product, design and insights teams. As Webflow continues its mission to democratize web development, she is excited to drive innovation and continue expanding the platform’s capabilities, making it even easier for people to collaborate and bring their web experiences to life. Rachel has been passionate about web development since she was a teenager, a passion rooted in her early career, building websites for a wide range of clients including Taco Bell and her friend’s band Futurerock.
With over two decades of experience leading product, engineering, design, and data teams, Wolan brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Her career has been marked by a strong focus on building delightful products for businesses and leveraging AI within those products. Before joining Webflow, she served as VP and GM of Dropbox’s Core Business, where she played a pivotal role in expanding Dropbox's product offerings to over 700 million users globally. Her leadership was instrumental in shaping Dropbox’s AI strategy, including the acquisition of search startup Command E. As VP Product at LiveRamp, she built products for Marketers and launched the CDP business from scratch. She previously worked as a software engineer and product manager at a number of startups.
Rachel is also an active mentor at UC Berkeley and an angel investor focused on early-stage startups in SaaS, AI, and Design. She holds a B.S. in Organizational Change and Computer Science from Northwestern University and a M.B.A. from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
