UX was just the beginning.Today, I work on my one-person, automated business that leverages the opportunities of the era, while assisting those with similar goals who turn to me. Additionally, I support the daily life of beginner and advanced web designers through knowledge sharing and digital products.
Thanks to starting my career as a business analyst and having the opportunity to familiarize myself with large IT projects and organizations, I experienced firsthand the necessity of user-centered design.While I was enthusiastically performing my work, I couldn't help but notice the supply chain was quite bumpy. In searching for solutions, customer-centered design provided the answer for me, because - as many of you know - when we step into our users' shoes, magical things can happen.
For nearly 10 years, I have been enhancing my knowledge with experiences gained in startup and corporate environments. For the past four years, as an entrepreneur, I have been available to those interested in user-centered, automatable, flexible, and efficient solutions.Just as in personal life, poorly thought-out customer processes and the resulting waste of time and extra expenses are noticeable and concerning in business. I am passionate about making our everyday steps more logical, and I take pride in eliminating another real, everyday problem thanks to my efforts.I prefer to base my decisions on measurable data, see great potential in design, and favor coding-free solutions.
