Apple changed its homepage for International Women's Day. To make it special, I recreated it and replaced some of the images with the women in my life. You can compare it to the original here:

It's not a perfect replication, for instance, Webflow's mouse move interaction doesn't translate to mobile. I also cannot natively center the canvas, or delay mouse movement on load.

The slider component in Webflow can also be extended with an individual animation. This way you can give each slideshow its own character. 

This cloneable is a splitscreen gallery in which the slideshow automatically rotates through different collages and animates each slide with its own transition.

You could use a grid inside of each slide as well.

This is a horizontal slider which allows for different size images, the active slide will be centered and 100% opaque. Perfect for photographers and artists.

Simply clone the project, and copy the 'Carousel' div and paste in your project. Drop a comment if you need help with it.

🙌🏻Hi there! This is my 3rd project for Showcase gallery. As my first task as a Brand Designer in Webflow I've been assigned with a task to redesign the Starter Templates used by Webflow users. Starter templates great for beginners and super easy to polish for your content even for something like a presentation for a new job or a new client. We've now Store, Business and Portfolio layout available while creating a new project.

👨🏻‍💻I've also created this Portfolio concept for a woman named Jane Lo as a part of my full walkthrough. Later on I've added a Black version of the homepage for you to give you more various options while using the starter template. Check the whole video and learn how to create your portfolio in ~15 minutes!

In order to help me get in the zone a bit better each morning, learn more from the best designers in the industry and test what's capable with Webflow, I've had an idea where I find a design I think is interesting and try to recreate it in Webflow in under an hour. 

My first build is recreating Kyle McDowell's "Travel Blog Concept". I liked the way this sleek layout utilises an interesting right angle navigation, which informs the rest of the contents positioning inside a slider. So it was interesting trying to figure out the best way to have a consistent layout for both the nav and the slider.
