We migrated Centre for Human Rights from a bloated, slow WordPress site to Webflow. Years of plugins and customizations made their site painful to manage. For an organization dependent on international NGO partnerships, this was costing them real opportunities. We redesigned from scratch with one focus: building trust. Clean typography, purposeful whitespace, clear value proposition. Content restructured to speak directly to international NGOs and donors. Then we built a component-based CMS so their team could manage it themselves. Results: -> 2x increase in successful NGO partnerships -> Faster load times -> Updates reduced from 20 minutes to 2 minutes -> Zero maintenance burden Why it worked: We removed friction. Fast load times. Clear hierarchy. Content that speaks directly to NGO partners. Built in Webflow so they own their site—no more developer dependency, no more WordPress plugins breaking things. Simple infrastructure. Clear design. Trust follows.
