Free Trial Without a Credit Card

Happy Friday! In this freebie/demo project I've used Memberstack to create 4 different signup flows.
1. Is to create an account and then activate a free trial WITH a credit card.
2. Is to create an account and then activate free trial withOUT a credit card.
3. Is to require all members to sign up on a free trial without a credit card.
4. And last is to require all members to signup on a free trial WITH a credit card.
