GSAP Text Opacity Scrubbing

Here's a beautiful smooth GSAP animation that I see on a ton of different sites. Just copy the code in the page settings and assign the reveal-type class, and you're good to go! Also, it looks waaaay better with Lenis smooth scrolling, so I've included that too.
