Started in 2011, the Highway 54 yard sale was established in 2011 by Connie Mattingly to promote tourism in local communities that run along Hwy 54 in Western Kentucky. The Route: Owensboro to Leitchfield, Kentucky runs Approximately 50 miles along Highway 54 and includes Daviess, Ohio and Grayson Counties. 2016 dates: The Spring dates coincide with the Kentucky Derby weekend May 5th, 6th and 7th.
