IDI, LLC - Intercultural Development Inventory

The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) is the world's leading assessment platform and program created to rate intercultural competence. Perpetual reimagined the design of their main website with the goal of educating and engaging potential customers about the cultural awareness analyzer and its process, generating new business for IDI. Before Perpetual’s involvement, IDI faced challenges in providing a consistent experience and how their offerings were presented. Their website design was outdated and ready for a refresh. Through a dynamic new visual style, a comprehensive design system, and a restructured information architecture, the IDI website experience has been significantly improved. This transformation was achieved through a user-centered approach, guided by valuable insights from our UX research processes, and delivered on Webflow.
