ITL Campus is a training institution for transcultural social work in Karlsruhe, a place where cultural diversity is understood not as a challenge, but as a foundation for meaningful work with children, young people, and families. The goal was to create a digital presence that reflects this philosophy. Working alongside SYD.MEDIA on branding, the existing ITL parent brand was picked up and evolved into something that feels approachable and grounded. With diverse audiences in mind, from prospective trainees and scholarship applicants to professionals seeking continuing education, the site needed to guide different people to the right information without ever feeling cluttered. A thoughtful content structure and visual language ensure that every visitor feels addressed. Built in Webflow using the Lumos framework, the site delivers fast load times and clean, scalable code. A component-based setup makes it easy for the team to manage and grow their content independently.
