Kennedy & Company is a higher education consulting firm helping universities solve challenges in enrollment, finance, and strategy. Their old WordPress site no longer reflected their expertise or supported lead generation, so I led the redesign and migration to Webflow. The new site includes 22 custom pages and templates, SEO preservation, and HubSpot form and blog integrations. Designed in Figma and developed in Webflow, the site balances professional credibility with a modern, bold aesthetic. The challenge was making complex services approachable to diverse audiences while maintaining a trustworthy, authoritative voice. The result is a responsive, performance-optimized platform that elevates Kennedy & Company’s brand, communicates expertise, and supports growth in a competitive consulting space.
