Add table of content to your blog cms pages, so users can use that to scroll up and down the sections based on headings in a more user friendly way. You can style the table of content based on heading tag on the home. You can style the base tocitem, that will effect all table of content heading or you can add toc-h2 or h3, h4 class, so you will only change those parths of he table of content.
