UX Design Portfolio Website

I am trying to create a better portfolio website. I don't want it to look like everyone else. I am trying to target freelance clients so I looked at a few freelance designer websites and settled on this particular layout. The title is straightforward. I then introduce myself and what I can do for my clients. Next we have some case study cards I made in Figma along with tags. After that we have the Skills and Expertise section, I am still working on it. This is the first time I am happy with a portfolio design that I will not redesign after 2-3 weeks. I appreciate any feedback you might have for me.
