A search trigger in the main navigation opens a centered modal overlay that contains a native Webflow search input, allowing users to quickly access site search from anywhere on the page. The modal is designed for clarity and ease of use, with multiple intuitive ways to close it, including clicking outside the content area, pressing Escape, or using a dedicated close button. When dismissed, the search field resets to ensure a clean experience each time it’s opened. Overall, the implementation provides a streamlined, accessible, and user-friendly search interaction that enhances site navigation without disrupting the primary browsing experience.
