
To mark NAYA’s upcoming 50th anniversary, Greenflag Media was selected to revamp their website, their most critical digital touchpoint. The original site lacked mobile responsiveness, cultural relevance, and a coherent structure. Greenflag began with a discovery phase, conducting focus groups across NAYA’s diverse user base to identify key pain points.
After presenting and gaining approval on wireframes and mockups, Greenflag built the new site on a secure WordPress CMS. Following front-end development, feature implementation, and content migration, user testing was conducted. Input from the original focus groups guided refinements to improve accessibility and usability, resulting in a culturally resonant and user-friendly digital experience for the entire community.
