Pharos is a mission-based talent management agency in the influencer marketing industry. We represent impact creators, primarily in the sustainability and wellness arenas, and provide marketing strategy to these young digital-first thought leaders and the sponsors that pay them. The majority of the work we do for the creators is negotiating and executing their social media #ads - but we also assist with brand extensions, ie. - book deals, speaking gigs, consulting work, etc. We also handle all legal and financial matters for the creators so they never have to touch a contract. Our goal is to give our creators back their time to do what they do best - create and advocate.
