Overall task We developed a full website concept, design, and Webflow build for a Dubai-based real estate company specializing in short-term apartment rentals. The platform had to address three audiences at once: investors, property owners looking to rent out their homes, and tenants searching for apartments in Dubai. Design concept The visual direction combined minimalism with elegance to reflect the luxury positioning of Dubai’s real estate market. The design focused on clarity and sophistication, ensuring trust and appeal for both investors and tenants. Website development The Webflow implementation included a CMS-powered property catalog with filtering, making it easy to manage and expand listings. Smooth animations and a refined layout ensured a premium experience. Additionally, the website was built with two language localizations to serve a diverse audience. Got a project in mind?
