The Taos Time Bank is a community initiative building a local economy powered by people, not profit. Their software couldn’t support the complex onboarding strategy needed to grow membership and engagement.
I designed a new Webflow site and backend system that automated the entire process, from RSVPs and membership payments to event reminders and profile creation. Built with Go High Level, it guided members through each step clearly and efficiently.
Within months of launch, over 100 new members joined despite the multi-step onboarding, a major success for such a small community. The new setup also reduced admin work, improved follow-up, and strengthened long-term engagement.
