Theo's Fisheries

Theo's Fisheries is a Christchurch institution — a family-run fishmonger and fish and chips shop with 75 years of history behind it. The brief was to build something that honoured that legacy while making the site genuinely useful: daily pricing, a wholesale offering, and the full character of a business that takes real pride in what it sells. The site leans into personality from the first scroll — illustrated fish, a marquee of daily specials, a live pricing section updated every morning, and copy that sounds exactly like the people behind the counter. It covers retail, fish and chips, and wholesale across distinct sections without feeling fragmented. The result is a site that works hard for a busy local business while feeling like it was built with real affection for what the brand is.
